We’re a veteran Canadian airsoft team with over two decades in the field. Dozens of former and active members, including military and ex-military, have built a culture of discipline, aggression, and teamwork. Now we’re looking for the next generation of players.

Real training & hard reps
Tight team & high standards
“Train hard. Move smart. Win together.”

Two decades of Force Recon.

Force Recon was born from players who wanted more than casual pickup games. We built a team that treats airsoft like a craft: planning, discipline, and constant improvement. Over the years we’ve run multi-day events, night ops, recon games, and complex objective-based scenarios.

Our roster has included serving and former military members, first responders, and serious players who show up ready to work. If you join this team, you’re entering a lifelong brotherhood. You’re expected to respect the game, respect your teammates, and respect the Force Recon patch.

How we play

We train as a section: communication, movement, and problem-solving under pressure. You’ll see:

Canadian-style light rifle tactics
Scenario & objective games
Force-on-Force training days
Fitness & fieldcraft expectations

We’re not interested in drama, ego, or unsafe play. We are interested in people who show up on time, bring solutions, and have each other’s backs.

You don’t need to be perfect. You do need to be serious.

We recruit for attitude first, skill second. Experience helps, but we can train the right mindset. If you’re just here to flex gear and ignore objectives, this is not your team.

  • Age 18+ by the start of the 2026 season.
  • Regular availability for weekend games, events, and training days.
  • Solid field safety habits and respect for site rules & staff.
  • Willingness to learn: comms, movement, role-specific tasks.
  • Team-first attitude: no lone-wolf hero runs, no drama.
  • Basic fitness: you can move, haul kit, and keep going under stress.
  • Reliable transportation to events within our region.

Training & expectations

We schedule training blocks ahead of each season. You’ll learn how we communicate, move, and clear problems together. We expect:

  • Show up with your kit squared away.
  • Listen to feedback & ask questions.
  • Be honest about your limits so we can work around them.

If you make the cut, you’ll earn the right to wear the Force Recon patch, and the responsibility that comes with it.

Team tools: dashboard & battle planning.
